Video Description: Martin Payne (series star MARTIN LAWRENCE) is a radio call-in talk-show host at an African-American, Detroit radio station. His girlfriend, Gina Waters (series star TISHA CAMPBELL), is an executive of a Detroit-based company. In private, they have a caring, loving partnership. But whether they're hiding from Martin's mother that Gina slept over or talking with Martin's macho friends, Cole Brown (series star CARL ANTHONY PAYNE II) and Tommy Strawn (series star THOMAS MIKAL FORD), the public never sees the warmth and honesty of their relationship. Similarly, Martin rarely shows his normal personality on the radio. Although Martin cried while watching "Beauty and the Beast," on the radio he seems rough, manly and a bit sexist. During a call-in show discussing "male sensitivity," Martin not only makes fun of his callers' support of male sensitivity, he also claims to have a subservient girlfriend. Gina, who is listening with her friends at work, is furious. That night, Gina and her good friend, Pam James (series star TICHINA ARNOLD), go to Martin's apartment, confronting Martin angrily in front of Cole and Tommy. Cole tries to charm Pam. Martin apologizes and admits that Gina is right and that he can be sensitive. But he will only apologize in private, where Pam, Cole and Tommy can't see him. In front of his friends, he pretends to have won the argument with Gina.
