After eight years, and thirteen seasons, A&E has made the decision to cut Intervention. The final five episodes of the season, which will air beginning on June 13, are being called some of the most “intense” and “gripping” stories to date. Addiction specialists Jeff Van Vonderen, Candy Finnigan and Donna Chavous are each returning in the final episodes of the season, along with Ken Seeley.

The shows lead writer and executive producer Steven Moffat broke the news, saying, “We’re delighted to confirm a new series of Doctor Who has been commissioned and we are already plotting a brand new run of adventures for the Doctor.” Matt Smith has also been confirmed to return as The Doctor.

The network announced that it will air BBC America and Space's Orphan Black in the United Kingdom. The series, which is developed by Canadian independent producer Temple Street Productions, was recently picked up for a second season, with 10 episodes ordered.
