- Smarty Arty lasted for seven seasons until he was replaced by Minnie the Mini Magician (the reason that he was replaced is because the producers felt the program needed refreshing.)
- There have been 131 episodes of ZZZap! Including ZZZap! Christmas and summer annuals.
- Cuthbert and Minnie were the only characters to have different pieces of music in every sketch throughout the whole show.
