This is the sequel to the popular British series Yes, Minister. By a convoluted course of events Jim Hacker becomes Prime Minister. Of course Sir Humphrey (now Cabinet Secretary) and Bernard are still around to get things done the way they think they should be and to sort things out when Jim messes up even if he thinks he's the man in charge.
