  • Episode 08 - Goof (revealing mistake): When Jimmy's mug shot is taken at the police station, the grid on the back wall indicates that he's 6'2" tall. In real life, Mike O'Malley who plays Jimmy is only 5'10".
  • Episode 15 - Jimmy and Christine's son Logan's real legal name on his birth certificate is Lobo. When Christine was sedated while giving birth, Jimmy misunderstood that she wanted the name Logan. Jimmy thought she said Lobo.
