Summary: In modern-day time, reincarnated Xena, Ares, Gabrielle, and Joxer discovers a scroll that indicates Xena and Ares were married.

	Season 6 / Episode 20: - Soul Possession Joxer: You know, Xena... Denial ain't just a river in Europe. Xena: The Nile's in Africa. Joxer: It's that long?
	Season 6 / Episode 20: - Soul Possession Ares: Just out of curiosity... What would have happened here today if I'd really been asking for your hand in marriage, no strings attached? Xena: [after kissing Ares] Guess you'll never know.

SYNC: In one of the flashbacks scenes set in season 4 timeline Xena is wearing the new chakram that she gets in season 5.
CONT: Xena asks Ares if Gabrielle is alive, but she already knows she is because she had seen her in one of the visions of her future in previous episode "Adventures in the Sin Trade II".
CONT: The archaeologist in the beginning of the episode say that the lost scroll is the proof that Xena married Ares, but the story featured in the scroll tells that in the end Xena didn't marry him.
CONT: Xena arrives to a tavern and tells Joxer that Gabrielle is alive, but we had already seen a scene where Xena told Joxer the same, next to the hole Gabrielle had fallen through, in season four episode "A Family Affair".
