Episode 20 - Goof (continuity error): During the discussion between Cara and Dahlia (when Cara is hanging in the air in chains), Cara's height over the ground keeps changing - sometimes her face is level with Dahlia's, other times she is higher up than Dahlia.
Episode 08 - First episode in which Kahlan has her new dark red-ish leather outfit similar to Cara's, except revealing more skin. No explanation is given for the disappearance of her white robes.
Episode 21 - Zed recites the words "koonut kaliffee" as part of the ritual to try to break the enchantment binding Kara to Darken Rahl. In the "Star Trek" episode "Amok Time", "koonut kaliffee" is the name of the ritual T'Pring invokes to try to break the betrothal binding her to Spo
Episode 08 - Goof (continuity error): When Zed creates the "false Denna" corpse, the corpse has a knife in its back. Later, when Kahlan and Cara discover the corpse, the knife is in the corpse's chest.
Episode 09 - Goof (plot holes): When Richard is escaping from the Palace of the Prophets, the force field Sister Nicci put up was near enough to the door that when Richard opened the door it would have hit the force field, yet it opened fully without hitting it.
