  • Episode 38 - Adan Sanchez was credited twice, once as the vision warrior and once as Lee Natonabah.
  • Episode 17 - Goof (revealing mistake): When Wishbone (as Frankenstein) "pulls the switch", the camera eventually zooms up to the monster, just before Wishbone lowers the conductors. You can see him breathing, which is bad considering the fact that he isn't alive yet.
  • Episode 21 - Taken off the air circa 1999 over concern that children would doubt the verdicts of their parents as overprotective.
  • Episode 03 - Goof (continuity error): When Max comes running toward Zach, who is just coming out of Wanda's house, he is wearing a plaid shirt. However, after Zach starts his motorcycle and Sam asks about his eye, he is wearing a striped shirt.
