Danny Trevanion is the vet with an 18 year old daughter, Rosie, and they live with his new wife Sarah and her children Olivia and Evan. And there begins the start of a new life and adventure for the Trevanion family.

On March 8th 2011, Dawn Steele announced that a seventh series of the show is looking positive. Its confirmed that series 7 filming will begins in May.
