- Goof (continuity error): Linus moves from sitting in front of Janice and next to Charlie Brown, to sitting behind Charlie Brown, next to the window, and back.
- Goof (continuity error): Sally claims she left her lunch sitting on the curb. However, there is no sign of a lunchox in the scene beforehand, when the kids get on the bus. It doesn't show up until after the bus pulls away and Snoopy rushes for it.
- Goof (continuity error): When Charlie and Linus first arrive at the hospital, they are told that Janice is in room 402. However, when they leave the room while she gets her injection, they return and enter room 404.
