  • Episode 01 - Goof (continuity error): Peter and Elizabeth are at a location that is presumed to be Rockefeller Center. The background is obviously green-screen. Also, another couple leaving are visible behind Peter, disappear when the focus changes to Elizabeth, and reappear when the focus is back on Peter.
  • Episode 04 - Goof (continuity error): In opening, they show the main FBI character (and others) waiting for elevator on floor 21. A few cuts; then you see them on floor 18. A few cuts, and the elevator opens on floor 21, and they get on.
  • Episode 14 - In his chess game against Neal, Keller employs the opening known as the Center Counter Defense (also called the Scandinavian Defense). This is one of the oldest recorded openings in chess history, dating back to the year 1475. In chess notation, the opening variation as played is (1. e4 d5 2. exd5 Qxd5 3. Nc3 Qa5)
  • Episode 16 - Goof (continuity error): When Peter and Neal are held at gunpoint in Adler's limousine, the gun pointed at them changes from shot to shot. In the shots where the camera is facing them, the gun is a Beretta 92/96 series, while in the shots of gunman (who is sitting in a jump seat) he is holding an IMI Jerico 94
  • Episode 02 - Goof (continuity error): While creating a fake ID for Neal, Burke tells him that Neal will have to go without the surveillance anklet on this job; however later in the room with Diana Neal's anklet is clearly visible below his bathrobe.
