- Goof (continuity error): In the early scenes of the episode (around 5 minutes in), when Neil is watching the video from Ellen by himself, the video player changes position from his left side to his right.
- Goof (factual errors): Elizabeth is shown driving a car with US government plates. As a civilian, she would not be authorized to operate one. Additionally, the FBI does not use cars with US government plates as shown.
