No one thought Nancy's eldest son Silas would grow up to be the green thumb in the family. He surprised everyone when he joined his mom's business — against her wishes, of course — and proved to be her most valuable asset. The budding young entrepreneur recently teamed up with Doug on a growing new venture. But following in mom's footsteps may prove to be more than he can deal with.
