  • Spinoff from "Greg the Bunny" (2005).
  • "Abstinence" was the first of only two episodes to feature the character of Greg the Bunny, played by Dan Milano, who also performs Warren. Greg's role was limited due to Milano's desire to focus on one central character/performance and network notes from a presentation pilot that originally focused the show on the Greg-Warren relationship.
  • Directed by Dan Milano who also played Warren, this episode features shout-outs to many of Milano's friends and obsessions: The "Dungeons & Dragons" game featured components from Milano's own gaming group and was done with the permission of the game's publishers at Wizards of the Coast. It also featured a collection of screen-used stop-motion puppets from "Robot Chicken," bearing the likenesses of the show's creators and writing staff. They can be seen over the Dungeon Master's shoulder. Also featured in this scene are issues of Hugh Sterbakov/Seth Green's comic series, "Freshmen" from Top Cow. And the work of Milano's photographer friend Brian McCarty, who would later go on to shoot an iconic photo of Warren. Also featured at the gaming table is Chris Bergoch, a long-time friend and contributor to the franchise.
  • This episode featured a brief cameo from Bob Gunton (best known as the warden from 'The Shawshank Redeption,") as the unnamed "Space Warden" in a parody trailer for "Escape From Space Prison." Bob also played "Junction Jack" on the FOX version of "Greg the Bunny." Directed by Dan Milano, this was an another attempt to reunite members of the FOX cast. The only member who did not return were Dina Waters (though the recurring role of Warren's girlfriend Raquel was supposedly created with her in mind).
  • Directed by Milano who also played Warren, this episode attempted to reunite many of the cast from the FOX version of "Greg the Bunny," including Sarah Silverman, Seth Green, Eugene Levy and Drew Massey in the role of "Count Blah." (Milano portrayed Blah on the pre and post FOX incarnations of the franchise, featured on the Independent Film Channel.)
