Summary: Seaview visits Scotland so that Nelson can deliver classified plans to a secret laboratory deep beneath Loch Ness -- but the staff of the laboratory has been killed, apparently by the legendary monster of the loch. Seaview follows an underwater tunnel into the loch to a confrontation with the "creature."
