MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: In Veronica's dream before the opening credits, Veronica's mom puts three pancakes on her plate. A few cuts later, after her father and she has a short conversation, her plate holds only one pancake.
SYNC: When Woody Goodman goes to the bathroom, the sound of a fly unzipping is quite distinctly heard, but the character is wearing boxer shorts.
CONT: When Aaron Echolls is being interviewed outside the courthouse, the first shot of him shows his top suit button unbuttoned. When the camera cuts back and for the rest of the scene, it is buttoned.

TRIVIA

When Clarence Wiedman calls Duncan Kane, Duncan answers the phone by saying "CW?", to which Wiedman replies "It's a done deal." This is a reference to the fact that the show has been picked up for future seasons by the new CW television network.
The season two finale marked Amanda Seyfried's final appearance as Lilly Kane. Since she was shooting HBO's Big Love at the time, she and Kristen Bell never appear in the same shot. Stand-ins were used for each characters, and you can only see the back of their heads when they interact from each point of view.
