FACT: SPOILER: Several characters mention that the Supreme Court will hear a case on evidentiary procedure, which, if overturned, would mean that several convicted criminals would be "set free". In reality, if the Supreme Court ruled that certain evidence should not have been admitted at trial, the convicted criminals would receive new trials where the juries would not hear the inadmissible evidence. A prosecutor might decide to dismiss the case-thus freeing the criminal if the only evidence against someone was deemed inadmissible.
