Introduced in V. He begins as a television reporter. Mike was talking to resistance forces in El Salvador when the Visitors arrived. He reports for his network on the evening when John introduces the Visitors to the world, and is one of the few reporters who can go aboard the Mothership to report for all of the world’s media.
