Episode 10 - Conrad Bain's last acting role on a TV series.
Episode 06 - Marilu Henner, actress and star of 'Taxi (1978)', has a cameo in the book-signing scene of this episode. Henner is one of the rare individuals who have actually been diagnosed with Hyperthymesia, the condition that is the basis of the lead character's superior memory.
Episode 19 - Goof (continuity error): The bar tender glues the upper wing on the model World War I fighter aircraft. A few seconds later the upper wing is sitting on the bar, and has not been glued in place.
Episode 16 - The baseball scoreboard with the bridge on top in center-field behind co-star Michael Gaston (who plays officer Mike Costello) is the one at the Ballpark At St. George on Staten Island, New York.
