Summary: Jake is on the verge of getting suspended from school when he gives his teacher Miss Pyle the finger. Charlie tries to save Jake from the suspension by dating her, but fails several times.

Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): In the scene in the interior hall of Jake's school a sign in the background says "intermural" instead of "intramural".
Goof (revealing mistake): Jake, Charlie, and Ms. Pasternak have a scene in an interior hall of Jake's school. As is the case with nearly all public schools in Southern California, owing to it's warm, dry weather, all elementary schools in the city of Malibu have exterior hallways.
