Hawk tracks down the One Armed Man. Mrs. Palmer shares her vision of the killer, the same man Cooper saw in his dream (BOB). Truman and Cooper find the bird who attacked Laura belonged to Leo's friend, Jacques Renault. Hank Jennings has his parole hearing and makes a threatening phone call to Josie.

CONT: In the scene with the party at the Great Northern for the Icelandic investors, Ben Horne calls his brother over and orders him to remove Leland Palmer when he begins dancing. When the camera cuts back to Leland, after The Horne brothers talk, Ben can be seen calling his brother over again and having the same conversation again.
