• Episode 03 - Goof (continuity error): (at around 1 min) Tara pours Jason a beer. The level of the beer in his glass is lower after the first drink and then nearly full when shown from another angle. The level goes up and down throughout the scene.
• Episode 12 - Goof (plot holes): Eric tells Sookie that the night she met Bill, he let the Rattrays beat Sookie so that he could feed her his blood. However, the beating in question was the night AFTER they met.
• Episode 03 - Goof (continuity error): During Sam and Joe Lee's argument Melinda drops an orange slice into her drink. In the next shot as they leave the table the orange slice is back on the rim of the glass.
