Summary: Grapple and Hoist want to build the Solar Tower which will provide the enormous amounts of energy, but Optimus Prime doesn't approve it because it wouldn't be protected from the Decepticons. Meanwhile, the Constructicons who apparently left the Decepticons, are offering their help to Grapple and Hoist in order to build the Solar Tower. But what Grapple and Hoist doesn't know is that it's all a Megatron's set up
