Summary: The Decepticons are in the Arctic. They find the frozen Cybertronian whom Starscream recognizes as his old friend Skyfire so he becomes the newest member of the Decepticons. Soon the Autobots arrives on the scene and during the battle Skyfire realizes he might not be fighting on the right side.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: Skyfire's ensign changes seemingly randomly. Sometimes parts of it are missing, sometimes it isn't drawn at all or colored with the wrong color. He is even shown wearing a badly drawn ensign before he receives one.
DATE: In a flashback, Starscream is shown flying in his Earth form, an F-15 Eagle. The scene takes place millions of years ago, so him having an Earth jet as a vehicle mode would be impossible.

TRIVIA

Skyfire, in the end, is buried under ice, and the other Autobots mourn over his apparent death. He returns a few episodes later, when they simply dig him out.
SPOILER: Skyfire is the only Transformer in the series who changed his alliance.
