Summary: Monica, Tess, and Adam are sent to a small town to help a church put on their Christmas pageant. While there, Monica befriends Joey, a mentally handicapped teenager, who has become very afraid of the dark since his parents died in a car wreck when they went out at night. Wayne, Joey's older brother, is tired of having Joey around always breaking things and messing things up, so he has almost given up on him. But when Joey's best friend, a little girl named Selena, dies, Monica has to convince Wayne to accept Joey for who he is so they will always have each other.
