Summary: Worried that a space-time rift is occurring the team heads to the Brecon Beacons to investigate some unexplainable deaths. The team find themselves split up without any means of communication and find themselves confronting an awfully terrifying enemy. |

Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (continuity error): When Jack is shooting the villagers to rescue the rest of the team the very last shot shows a shotgun casing falling to the floor, even though his shotgun had run out of bullets and he had switched to his usual revolver.
- Goof (revealing mistake): In the final part of the chase through the woods, when Toshiko falls to the ground, it's obvious she's falling onto some sort of prepared surface covered with leaves. (Most likely a mat.)
- Goof (factual errors): The police cars shown in this episode only say police on them in English. However, as Wales is a dual language country, emergency services use both English and Welsh on their vehicles. Therefore, they should read Police/Heddlu.
Trivia
- This is the first time we see Owen use his skills from his previous career as a medical doctor.
- The cast believed the building they were staying at during filming was haunted. At one point Eve Myles went to ask John Barrowman if she could share his room for the night, to find him wearing freshly-ironed Transformers pajamas when he answered the door.
