A spin-off of the popular 'Top Chef' adds celebrated chef Johnny Iuzzini as Head Judge with critically acclaimed Hubert Keller and Dannielle Kyrillos rounding out the Judges’ Table. Gail Simmons will serve as a host. Each episode holds 2 challenges for the pastry chefs: the 1st is a Quickfire test of their basic abilities & the second is Elimination Challenge designed to test the inventiveness.
