Born in the Yukon, Chef Clayton Beadle is the youngest competitor on Top Chef Canada. He currently works as the Chef de Partie at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, Canada’s only five star, five diamond resort. After discovering cooking in high school, Clayton went on to receive his degree at Vancouver Island University in the culinary arts programme. He started at the Four Seasons immediately after graduation. His most recent accomplishments include placing second in the Telus World Ski and Snowboard Festival’s Whistler Chef Challenge and placing third in the 2009 Whistler Cornucopia’s Chef Challenge. Clayton’s cooking philosophy is to cook with unadulterated, fresh, local and sustainable ingredients that produce great food that keeps people coming back.
