Summary: Tucker attempts to reach out to Diane. Victor gives Diane the official annulment papers. Abby is awakened by a police officer, who arrests her for destruction of public property and being drunk in public. Kay is furious with Tucker's threats to use the board at Chancellor Enterprises against her. Ashley learns that the culprit for the destruction is her daughter. Ashley goes to the jail to confront her daughter. Abby sees a text message from Diane on Tucker's phone. Nicholas learns from his father about his annulment. Jack is intrigued when Traci says she is not sure that Tucker can be trusted.
