Summary: Scully mysteriously reappears in a Washington hospital, alive but in a coma. Knowing that she had signed a last will and testament wishing to end her life if she was in such a state, Mulder works against the clock and looks for evidence on who did this to his partner and how he bring her out of the coma.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

FACT: A Bible verse is inscribed on Scully's tombstone. It says, "The Spirit is the Truth," and cites it as "1 John 5:07." The verse is actually 1 John 5:6.
CONT: Agent Mulder signs his resignation, but his signature is totally different from the signature on his badge we see in the intro.
