| Unknown Episode: Dorothy: Scarecrow, that's the Wizard's compass! Scarecrow: It is! I knew what it was, the moment I touched it! Cowardly Lion: This is a disaster! A disaster of proportions! Dorothy: The Wizard is never without his compass... unless... Cowardly Lion: It's too late! He must have fallen in the sand and it ate him up! [cries] Dorothy: No! No, the Wizard is alright! I can feel it in my bones, in my heart! Scarecrow: [sighs] It must be nice to have bones. Tin Woodman: And a heart! |

| Unknown Episode: Dorothy: [Looking at picture in locket] Auntie Em, Uncle Henry, what am I going to do? The witch has Toto, the Wizard is gone, everything in Oz is a terrible mess! Tin Woodman: Dorothy, you don't have to stay, you know. You can go back to Kansas, we'll find Toto for you. Dorothy: No, I want to stay. Kansas will still be there when we're done kicking the witch out of Oz. Then I'll go home. Tin Woodman: Are you sure? Dorothy: Yes. |
| Unknown Episode: Dorothy: How are we gonna get inside? Tin Woodman: Just give me a minute, I'll chop my way in. Scarecrow: No! The Witch will hear you! Remember what happened the last time you tried that? Tin Woodman: Oh yeah! Well, Dorothy, what about you slippers? Dorothy: I could try. Scarecrow: No, it's too risky. One mistake and the Witch will know we're here. Dorothy: Oh, but Scarecrow, what if we never see Toto or the Lion again? Tin Woodman: No! I couldn't bear it! No! [breaks down in tears and rusts quickly] |
| Unknown Episode: Glinda the Good: Congratulations, dear brave ones. Everyone in Oz is celebrating your victory. Dorothy: And the Wizard? Have you seen him? Glinda the Good: No, but I've heard he's quite safe. Although I don't have the power to bring him to Emerald City, I can help. [She waves her wand and a star appears in the sky] Dorothy: What a beautiful little star! Tin Woodman: Just like an emerald! Glinda the Good: That's what we'll call it, the Emerald Star. As long as it shines you'll know the Wizard is alive and well, and the Wicked Witch won't be able to see him in her crystal ball as long as he stays in his balloon. Dorothy: Thank you, Glinda. Now, it's up to us. We'll bring the Wizard back here, and throw that old Witch out of Oz! Tin Woodman: You can bet on it, Dorothy Scarecrow: And we'll find the Wizard! Cowardly Lion: A piece of cake! A snap of the fingers! |
| Unknown Episode: Scarecrow: It's all my fault; the Wizard put me in charge when he left. If I'd only used my brain I would have known that Wicked Witch would be back! Tin Woodman: No, it's my fault! If I only used my heart I would have felt the witch coming! [sniffles] Cowardly Lion: I should have knocked that Witch silly! If I only used my courage... I would have been there! Dorothy: But it's not your fault, not any of you! And you do have a brain, and you have a heart, and you have courage... most of the time. You must believe that, all of you! Scarecrow: [sighs] I wish it were true. |

| Unknown Episode: Cowardly Lion: Ow! Dorothy: [pulling thorns out of his backside] Hold still, Lion. You're such a big baby. Tin Woodman: You just have to grin and bear it. Cowardly Lion: I'm not a bear, and I don't feel like grinning. Ow! Scarecrow: Well, you shouldn't have sat down on these, and why do you think they call them prickly pumpkins? Cowardly Lion: I thought maybe they were just disagreeable. |
