The Witches and the Grinnygog
TV Series (1983)
A quiet English village with a large church towards one corner of it and a truck speeds into the village. It just misses some pedestrians and a woman who has just bought groceries falls onto the grass verge. She is shaken but notices an object that fell off the truck. It is a small stone gargoyle with a smiley face and hugging arms. She decides to keep it. So starts this intriguing drama.
