MISTAKES/GOOFS
- FACT: Kima uses a "cannon" - an extremely long telephoto lens - to photograph suspects from a rooftop. She would not be able to take a clear shot while holding the camera in her hands: with such a long lens, there would be too much camera shake. She would need to use a sturdy tripod or rest the lens on the edge of the wall.
- CONT: In the pit, when Bodie and Wallace are eating the Chicken McNuggets, the box of Nuggets disappears in the next shot.
- FAKE: When the murdered Gant is shown in the morgue, you can see his eyelids move when pictures are taken. He pushes his eyelids harder together when the flashes of the pictures appear.
TRIVIA
- SPOILER: In an unusual move for a police series the officers almost never fire their guns. Only one police officer, Prez, ever fires his gun on the show and in both cases it is a mistake. The first time he drunkenly fires a shot into the air, and the second time he mistakenly shoots an undercover cop.
- Detctives Polk and Mahone: "Póg ma thóin!", pronounced "pogue mahone", is Irish for "Kiss my ass!"
