Summary: Hillary signs a contract made up by Dave and Vicky, which basically states that she can get her own car but must do all the things they ask her to do with it. At first Hillary is excited about getting a new car, but the contracts restrictions soon become overbearing. Meanwhile, Larry begins dates Mike's ex-girlfriend, Heidi, causing a feud between the two. All their fighting makes Dave question whether or not he has become like his own father.
