Summary: Hilary gets pulled over for reckless driving while out taking driving lessons from Dave, who takes the blame hoping Hilary will love him forever for it. However, Hilary isn't as appreciative as Dave had hoped, and the driving incident turns into a DUI arrest, leading to court. Meanwhile, Larry is heart broken after he learns Vicky forgot to sign him up for Shakespeare camp, and Dave and Mike become addicted to online poker.
