Season 1 Quotes

01x06 - TS-19 Season 1 / Episode 6: - TS-19

Dr. Edwin Jenner: You *do* want this. Last night you said you knew it was just a matter of time before everybody you loved was dead.
Shane Walsh: What? You really said that? After all your big talk?
Rick Grimes: I had to keep hope alive, didn't I?
Dr. Edwin Jenner: There is no hope. There never was.
Rick Grimes: There's always hope. Maybe it won't you, maybe not be here. But somebody somewhere...
Andrea: What part of "everything is gone" do you not understand?
Dr. Edwin Jenner: Listen to your friend. She gets it. This is what takes us down. This is our extinction event.
Carol Peletier: This isn't right. You can't just keep us here.
Dr. Edwin Jenner: One tiny moment - a millisecond. No pain.
Carol Peletier: My daughter doesn't deserve to die.
Dr. Edwin Jenner: Wouldn't it be kinder, to be more compassionate to just hold your loved ones and wait for the clock to run down?
01x04 - Vatos Season 1 / Episode 4: - Vatos

Miguel: Merle? What kind of hick name is that? I wouldn't name my dog Merle.

  • Episode 02 - Goof (continuity error): When they are covering Rick and Glenn with guts, Rick hands T-Dog the key to the Merle's hand cuffs. • Episode 02 - Goof (continuity error): In the scene where Morales and Rick take turns dismembering a zombie with an ax, Morales places a protective helmet on. When he swings downward, the helmet is on, but when he raises his head again, there is suddenly no helmet.
  • Episode 02 - Goof (factual errors): When Rick hot wire starts the 2010 Dodge Challenger he is pictured using a screwdriver to start the ignition. That model challenger and all new model Challengers use push button start, and also use a Key Fob system that makes the vehicle anti-theft. Without the key fob present and the fact t
