Summary: On the season premiere of the show, the Monarch and Dr. Girlfriend are questioned by high-ranking officials of the Guild of Calamitous Intent known as the "Council of Thirteen" regarding the events that transpired "Showdown at Cremation Creek, Part I & II"; And furthermore investigate the treachery of the Phantom Limb who is now an enemy of the Guild. We will learn more on the origins of the Monarch and Doctor Girlfriend through flashback sequences and surveillance videos. Monarch's connection to Phantom Limb is also revealed. Meanwhile, the Monarch's henchmen will have to work with Dr. Girlfriend's "murderous moppets" to rebuild the Cocoon.
