Summary: The Monarch tries to re-start his evil empire again by trying to get his old henchmen back and hire new ones. His first priority, however, is getting Dr Girlfriend back. Meanwhile the Venture brothers celebrate their 16th birthdays and Dr. Venture goes to the mall where they find The Monarch and his henchmen already their. They get into a fight and the Monarch kidnaps Dr Venture, the boys get separated with Dr. Girlfriend, and Brock teems up with the Phantom Limb to get them all back.
