Summary: Dr. Venture and the rest of Team Venture visit Tijuana, Mexico because Dr. Venture has been hired to give a lecture at a local Tijuana University. During Dr. Venture is giving his lecture, Hank and Dean treat HELPeR to an upgrade and Brock finds the locals to be a more then friendly. Meanwhile, The Monarch follows Team Venture nearby with his floating cocoon layer to then commit one of his plans to destroy Dr. Venture.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: Dr. Venture and the boys are in the elevator, the door opens. Dr. Venture, Hank and Dean have on their space suits including the helmets. The very next scene, Dr. Venture doesn't have on his helmet. In fact, this is the only scene in which he does.
