Summary: A death sentence is declared for Anne and her alleged adulterous lovers. Henry's declaration of their marriage is annulled meaning his daughter Elizabeth is considered illegitimate and can no longer be a successor to the throne. Henry then asks Jane Seymour to become his queen in hopes of having a male heir someday.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: SPOILER: In the beginning when they show the scenes from the previous week, they show the clip where Anne's brother and Wyatt are arrested in the alley. There is one particular part in the scene when George is told of the charge of having carnal knowledge of the Queen and he scrunches up his face in disbelief and says, "What?". In the original episode George is standing on the left side of the screen and facing right. On the recap of the episode he is standing on the right and facing left.
CONT: The swans shown in the lake are Trumpeter Swans, but the swan that is stuffed at the end is a Mute Swan.
