[show]The survival rate of the series in the archives is rather hit-and-miss: from the first season, six are presently known to survive, as with series four. Thereafter there are 15 editions of the second season and two apiece from the fifth and sixth runs. The final season still survives intact. "The Troubleshooters" (1965) {Camelot on a Clear Day (#6.3)} is the sole example still preserved on its transmission format of colour 2 inch videotape, the remainder being monochrome 16mm film telerecordings. Additionally a remount of "The Troubleshooters" (1965) {You're Not Going to Believe This, But... (#5.7)} was made on colour film as an experimental test piece with a different cast, though this was never transmitted.

For the first season the show was entitled "Mogul" (after the oil company the series revolved around); this was changed to "The Troubleshooters" from the second run onwards.
