Summary: Arthur's mother Bea and sister Dot come to town and Arthur decides to "out" himself as a superhero. They're less than enthusiastic, and call in a therapist who shanghais Arthur to an insane asylum for deprogramming. But what does that therapist do with the equipment he confiscates? And will the Tick ever learn what that toilet is trying to tell him?
