  • Episode 09 - Goof (continuity error): SPOILER: In the kitchen scene where Tony Soprano strangles and subsequently kills Ralph Cifaretto, Ralph puts his mug down on the counter with the handle facing towards the back of the kitchen.   • Episode 03 - In this episode, Silvio Dante (played by 'Steven Van Zandt') is trying to stop a protest by Native Americans. In reality, actor Steven Van Zandt has won several awards for human rights activism, particularly by championing sovereignty rights of indigenous people.
  • Episode 01 - Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Tony and Chris are unusually worried about being followed by federal agents, and yet they never wear seat belts while in the car. Any police officer could pull them over for such an infraction.
  • Episode 03 - Goof (continuity error): Father Intintola's pastry changes during his confrontation with Gabriella Dante in his office after the Italian women's pride luncheon speech.
