Summary: Tony has become severely depressed since Pussy has mysteriously disappeared. Dr. Melfi has increased his Prozac dosage and placed him on Lithium and he begins to think about a beautiful Italian woman named Isabella. Junior finally makes his move and Tony is attacked while stopping to buy some juice at a newsstand. After the attack fails, Junior and Livia await their fate as an FBI agent tries to get Tony to say he was the target of a hit so he and his family can go into the Witness Protection Program and give up the rest of the New Jersey mob.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

BOOM: A reflection of the boom is seen in the picture frame at the hospital where A.J. and Meadow are visiting Tony.
FAKE: After the hitman, William Clayborn, fires a shot at Tony and the bullet breaks the orange juice bottle, some dangling wires from the squib used to break the bottle can be seen briefly behind it.
FAKE: As Tony is trying to wrestle the pistol away from the assassin he turns the gun upward revealing that there is no clip in the gun; it is possible, however, that Tony hit the release button while trying to take the gun from the assassin, but this is not shown.
