Summary: A microdot containing valuable information is hidden inside a Romanesque painting of a Madonna. Steve helps a Countess retrieve the chip by stealing the painting. She turns around and sells the microdot to criminal mastermind Chilton Kane! When Oscar and Steve learn that they have been duped, Steve sets out to retrieve the painting before its loss embarrasses the United States.
