Summary: An agent who was sent to follow the clues of a bootleggers' gang disappears without a trace. Steve portrays a longshoreman and rents a room in the pension where the agent was seen last. There he befriends the son of the pension owner. Suddenly the little boy's mother of has also disappeared. Steve risks everything to track down the kidnappers.
