Summary: A scientist and explosives expert, holding a grudge against the government, steals the Bell of Liberty and demands $5 million for its ransom. When Steve locates the bell, The scientist warns him that the bell is rigged with explosives and he will only defuse when the payment comes. But a heart attack of the scientist complicates the matter.
