Summary: Oscar believes that the head of a top secret laser project being constructed is giving away the plans to foreign spies to make a duplicate. Steve feels the Harry Green in fact is not the traitor, but is being controlled by someone through ESP. Steve gets help from a top ESP expert, Audrey Moss, to assist in catching the spy.
