Each week, Joey Fatone and Mel B. (Spice Girls) will ambush an office, hold a spur-of-the-moment audition in front of the employee's co-workers and enlist a team of the five best singers. Ultimately, the teams head to the stage for a choreographed sing-off to earn a spot in the finale and a chance to win the $50,000 grand prize.
