Season 20 Trivia

  • Episode 14 - Goof (continuity error): When Grandpa Abe Simpson smashes the hot tub, it not only breaks into pieces -- the pieces disappear entirely.
  • Episode 18 - Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): At the start on the Boardwalk when Homer, Bart and Lisa are watching the acts, Homer says, "Big deal, I could juggle 6 pins if they let me use a unicycle." but the Unicyclist juggler is only juggling 5 pins.
  • Episode 21 - In the intro, when spoofing Cheers, Sideshow Bob walks in, forcing the family to flee. This is a reference to Kelsey Grammer (who voices Sideshow Bob) playing the character Dr. Frasier Crane on Cheers.
  • Episode 10 - The title is based upon the Henny Youngman joke, "Now take my wife. Please!"
  • Episode 12 - Goof (continuity error): At The Simpson's House, you see Ol' Gill hammering down the sign while Marge was about to walk into the house. But when Ol' Gill starts explaining to Homer at the next shot, Marge disappears.
